Guide on How to Stake xKZEN on Binance Smart Chain and Polygon Blockchains

In this guide, we’ll break down how you can stake your newly claimed xKZEN tokens on both the Binance Smart Chain and the Polygon blockchains via Kaizen.Finance platform.
But before we proceed to the article’s main topic, let’s quickly run through the benefits of xKZEN staking on Kaizen.Finance.
xKZEN Staking Benefits
The xKZEN staking allows you to earn rewards and generate extra income from your stake assets during a specific period.

Before Staking
Depending on which network you specified your wallet address for, the settings for connecting to the Binance Smart Chain and Polygon networks will differ.
What matters the most is that you ensure you have changed your default network to the Binance Smart Chain or Polygon in your wallet when connecting it.
For staking, you can use MetaMask or any WalletConnect-compatible wallets. In this guide, we will use the step-by-step instructions for MetaMask.
1. How to Connect Binance Smart Chain to MetaMask
Follow the detailed instructions below to learn how to add the Binance Smart Chain network to your MetaMask.
1. In your MetaMask wallet, click the Account icon and go to Settings.
2. In the “Settings” menu, scroll down the list of options and select the Networks option.
3. In the Networks menu, click the Add Network button.
4. Input data in the following fields, as shown in the figure below. Copy and paste the following parameters to the appropriate text fields:
Network Name: Binance Smart Chain Mainnet
New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/
ChainID: 56
Symbol: BNB
Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com
5. Once you finish filling out the fields, click the Save button.
In the MetaMask window, you can see that your current network has changed to the Binance Smart Chain Mainnet.
Now you can start staking xKZEN on the Binance Smart Chain blockchain.
2. How to Connect Polygon to MetaMask
To add Polygon network to your MetaMask:
1. Repeat the steps from 1 to 3 of the How to Connect Binance Smart Chain to MetaMask paragraph.
2. Input data in the following fields, as shown in the figure below. Copy and paste the following parameters to the appropriate text fields:
Network Name: Polygon Mainnet
New RPC URL: https://polygon-rpc.com/
ChainID: 137
Symbol: MATIC
Block Explorer URL: https://polygonscan.com/
3. Once you’ve added the information, click the Save button. You will be directly switched to Polygon Mainnet in the network drop-down list.
Now you can start staking xKZEN on the Polygon blockchain.
How to Stake xKZEN
1. Go to https://ido.kaizen.finance.
2. On the webpage, click the Connect Wallet button.
3. In the pop-up window, click MetaMask.
IMPORTANT. Before staking, make sure you have changed your default network to the Binance Smart Chain/Polygon in your wallet when connecting it.
4. In the opened MetaMask window, click the Next button.
5. Click the Connect button.
How can you tell how much xKZEN is in your wallet? To see the total of xKZEN tokens in your wallet, connect your wallet. Once connected, Kaizen.Finance will display the number next to the Stake button.
5. Once connected, select the staking period and click the Stake button on the staking page.
6. In the “Stake funds” dialog window, (1) specify the amount of xKZEN tokens you want to stake, and (2) click the Stake button.
IMPORTANT. Before staking, make sure you have enough funds in your wallet to make a stake (to pay a transaction fee.)
7. To confirm the operation, in your MetaMask wallet, click the Confirm button.
8. In the “Confirm Stake” dialog window, click the Confirm Stake button.
9. To approve the operation, in your MetaMask wallet, click the Confirm button.
10. Wait for the transaction to be completed.
Congratulations! You’ve just staked xKZEN.
